Staley’s work has informed proposed federal legislation, prompted U.S. Senate letters of inquiry, and inspired Congressional hearings.

He is a third-generation educator with fifteen years of experience as a public and private school teacher. Staley spent over twenty-five years coaching male and female athletes at the middle, high school and college level. He is married to an educator and is the father of two school-aged children.
