List of Surveys in Schools

Below you’ll find a list of federal and state sponsored surveys that are offered to school districts, requirement varies depending on the state.

The timing of when these surveys are administered vary from state to state; although under federal law districts are required to notify parents and offer an opt out mechanism, many districts are unfamiliar with their legal obligation to do so – and accordingly, are not in compliance with this policy.

It’s important that you as a parent are familiar with your rights, so that you can remind them – and protect your children!
