Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) is defying Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s school guidance, vowing to continue catering to “transgender and gender-expansive students” by using their “preferred pronouns” and providing “access to facilities, activities, and/or trips consistent with their gender identity.”
