Parents Defending Education Reply Brief in Linn-Mar Community School District Lawsuit

On September 1, 2022, Parents Defending Education filed its reply brief in Parents Defending Education v. Linn-Mar Community School District, et. al.

In this case, Parents Defending Education has asked the court to grant Parents Defending Education’s motion for a preliminary injunction and enjoin Linn-Mar from enforcing the policy that prohibits school officials from telling parents the truth about the actions the school is taking, and authorizes school officials to make fundamental decisions about the child—including changing the child’s name, pronouns, and more—without ever notifying the child’s parents.
