Hawai’i Department of Education contracts with Panorama Education for $1,391,356.65 for the 2022-2023 school year.

Incidents


In July of 2022, the State of Hawai’i Department of Education renewed its contracts with Panorama Education to provide and administer “a student social emotional learning survey and dashboard” and “to provide and administer a student perception survey.” Both contracts are one-year terms and cost $855,000 and $475,606.65 respectively and covers 137,857 students across the state.

The Department of Education also has renewed with Panorama to “provide and administer an online survey for teachers and staff” from July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023, at a cost of $60,750.

A previous contract between the Department of Education and Panorama Education for teacher surveys running from November 26, 2021, through June 30, 2022, had a cost of $102,000.

The Department of Education contracted with Panorama Education to “provide and administer a student perception survey” from April 18, 2019, through June 30, 2021, for a total of $964,029.50.
