San Francisco Unified School District signed several three-year term Memorandum of Understandings (MOU) for race-based programming for “Black students.” The agreements run from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026.

On August 8, 2023, the San Francisco Unified School District board approved a three year MOU with Improve Your Tomorrow, Inc. to “Provide mentors, tutoring, internships, college tours and family engagement for Black students in partner middle schools.”

On August 25, 2020, the district approved a three-year MOU with Climate Impact to “provide support and facilitate groups for Black students in partner schools, with AAALI.”

The district board renewed the three-year MOU with Collective Impact on August 8, 2023, to “provide services and facilitate programs supporting Black students in focal schools, in partnership with SFUSD’s AAALI team.”
