4 Elementary Schools in Erie, Colorado team up to promote Drag Queen Story Time

The Diversity, Equity and Inclusion committee at Meadowlark Elementary School in Erie, Colorado announced that it would be teaming up with three other local elementary schools to pass out rainbow flags at the entrance of the town’s Pride Celebration. Meadowlark Elementary is part of the Boulder County Valley Re 2 School District—it is unclear if the other three elementary schools are in the same district but all are in Erie.

Drag queen, Shirley Delta Blow, featured at the event as a “special guest” is a third grade teacher at a local magnet school for the arts.
