On Dec. 23, 2010, Anthony Kim registered Ed Elements, Inc. as a corporation with the Delaware Secretary of State. 

On Jan. 6, 2011, Kim registered Ed Elements Inc. as a corporation, based in San Francisco, with the California Secretary of State. He wrote that the business was incorporated in the state of Delaware. Later that year, in July 2011, he filed a new statement changing the name of the company to Education Elements, Inc. It’s based today in San Carlos, California.

Lake Travis Independent School District

On Dec. 24, 2020, Lake Travis Independent School District Superintendent Paul Norton signed a contract with Anthony Kim, chief executive officer at Education Elements Inc., to pay the company $75,000 to “provide design and implementation services to develop a strategic plan” for the school district. The statement of work listed the company as a new customer. The contract ran for seven months from Jan. 4, 2021, through July 31, 2021.
