Press Releases

On April 24, 2023, Caroline Moore, vice president of Parents Defending Education, submitted comments to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights in response to their request for comments on the federal government’s response to anti-Asian racism in the United States.

Citing multiple incidents and civil rights complaints filed by Parents Defending Education for practices by schools which exclude Asian students, “PDE and its members oppose political indoctrination and discrimination in any form. PDE supports the Department in its effort to investigate, expose, and rectify unlawful and unconstitutional practices and policies that affect our members and their children—and urges the Department to continue to vigorously investigate and rectify unlawful discrimination.”
