Parents Defending Education Reply Brief in Wellesley Public Schools Lawsuit

On December 8, 2021, Parents Defending Education filed its reply brief in Parents Defending Education v. Wellesley Public Schools, et. al.

In this case, Parents Defending Education has asked the court to grant Parents Defending Education’s motion for a preliminary injunction and enjoin Wellesley from excluding students on the basis of race from affinity-group sessions or any other school-sponsored activities.

PDE’s motion asks the Court to enjoin Wellesley from (1) identifying affinity-group sessions or other school-sponsored activities as being only for certain racial groups, and (2) inviting students on the basis of race to attend affinity-group sessions or other school-sponsored activities.
