Parents Defending Education Reply Brief in Olentangy Local School District Lawsuit

On June 15, 2023, Parents Defending Education filed its reply brief in Parents Defending Education v. Olentangy Local School District Board of Education, et. al.

In this case, Parents Defending Education has asked the court to grant Parents Defending Education’s motion for a preliminary injunction and enjoin Olentangy from enforcing policies that are plainly unconstitutional: they compel speech, discriminate based on content and viewpoint, and are unconstitutionally overbroad.
