Parents Defending Education Reply Brief in NYC Education Lawsuit

On June 4, 2021, Parents Defending Education filed its reply brief in New York in IntegrateNYC v. the State of New York et. al. In this case, Parents Defending Education has asked the court’s permission to intervene in a lawsuit filed by Integrate NYC against the city and state, which alleges the city’s specialized high schools are systemically racist; PDE would like to intervene on the side of the defendants in order to bring a perspective to this case that the court would not otherwise hear – that of families who have children in the NYC education system and would be impacted by the Plaintiffs’ proposed relief.
