The Pembroke Hill School in Kansas City hired the consulting group Sophic Solutions to give a presentation on race to the staff in August 2020. Included in the presentation are slides with a bingo board encouraging staff to “Participate in Reparations” and “Decolonize Your Bookshelf“:
Other slides include a pyramid of covert white supremacy which includes actions such as denying being a racist or “assuming that good intentions are enough”:
