Lee’s Summit R7 School District Brings In Outside Consultants to Train Staff and Question Students on Racism in the District

Since the adoption of its new equity plan in February of 2019. Lee’s Summit R7 School District has brought in numerous outside consultants for staff training, equity audits, and changes to the curriculum. On their equity page, LSR7 states that they have now “…prioritized leading, teaching and learning through an equity lens.”
