    Do you believe parents have a fundamental right to be notified about any social, psychological, or gender-related interventions and/or accommodations involving their child at school?

    Across the country, school districts are spending millions of taxpayer dollars on consultants and programs that sort students and teachers by race, promote racially segregated courses, and prioritize "equity" over academic achievement. Defending Education has filed federal civil rights complaints against school districts in Chicago, Portland, Minneapolis, and others – and several are now under formal investigation by the U.S. Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights.

    Do you believe it is wrong for public schools to treat students or teachers differently based on their race, regardless of how those programs are labeled?

    Title IX was passed to guarantee equal opportunities for female students. But today, policies at schools and universities across the country are forcing girls to share locker rooms, restrooms, and athletic competitions with biological males.

    Defending Education has filed civil rights complaints against Princeton University, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and others – and filed amicus briefs at the U.S. Supreme Court to defend the original promise of Title IX.

But across the country, school districts are adopting speech codes that punish disfavored viewpoints, mandating that students affirm political beliefs about race and gender, and inviting activists into classrooms to push an ideological agenda.

    Defending Education has filed First Amendment lawsuits against school districts in New York and Ohio, and defeated an unconstitutional speech code policy in Iowa.
